Tracy and Bill work together as a team. Their combined knowledge and talents provide a full spectrum of skills desired in the real estate profession. Tracy came to real estate after a successful career as an International Tour Director. She holds a Masters Degree in Business and certification from the New York School of Interior Design. She has served on the Board of the Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is an active member of the Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary Club and The Old Bristol Garden Club.
Bill has been an attorney for over 30 years, licensed to practice law in Maine and Colorado. Bill has a wealth of experience in subdivision, zoning, rights of way, easements, covenants and titles. He also has an extensive knowledge of building and construction. His real estate clients benefit from this experience and knowledge when buying or selling properties.
The Babcocks have a network of business and service professionals which they draw upon to solve many challenges facing their clients in the sometimes daunting process of buying and selling real estate.
During their spare time, Bill and Tracy enjoy tennis, golf and rehabbing their 1850's farmhouse. |
