A resident of the Pemaquid/New Harbor area, Bill began his real estate career about 30 years ago. As President of Seacoast Landings, Inc., Bill managed projects that bought, restored and sold historical properties.
In addition to his Real Estate endeavors, Bill has a doctorate degree in the Mental Health field and has served as a counselor, college instructor, and consultant to business and industry.
Although knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate industry, Bill has earned the prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, and is particularly adept at helping senior citizens deal with issues unique to them, especially when moving to a new area.
Bill and his lovely wife Pat, a hospice home health nurse, moved to Maine ten years ago and built their new home near the ocean in Pemaquid. In the winter, they head to the mountains to ski, and in summer to their boat on the waters of the mid-coast area.
Bill and Lee Simard work as a team within the Agency to uniquely represent their buyers and sellers. In 2005, they received the Agency's award for Top Producers for sales in excess of $15 million. Their contrasting communication styles and business experiences offer clients a great resource for navigating the difficult road of real estate transactions. |
