Debby, an 11th generation descendent of the Dyer family in Sheepscot, is thrilled to be a resident of midcoast Maine. Her passion for the area is contagious when she works with clients. Prior to moving to Maine, Debby lived outside of Boston, in Dedham and Dover, before making the decision to relocate to the beautiful midcoast area. After graduation from Wheaton College (MA), she worked in a law firm handling real estate transactions prior to managing the Human Resources Department of the A.C. Nielsen Company's Wellesley Branch. In 1981, Debby left the corporate world to become a full-time mother and volunteer for 15 years.
Debby works as a team with Designated Broker Jim Cosgrove to offer clients the highest level of service. Their individual strengths combine to create a team that provides attention to detail and client service, outstanding negotiating skills and an impressive record of sales.
In her spare time, Debby is the Treasurer for the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, serves on their Scholarship Committee, plays on two USTA tennis teams, mixed doubles and women's, representing the local YMCA, and is a dedicated Bowdoin College Sports Fan. She and her husband, Wally, live in Damariscotta. They have two grown daughters, Abby, a sophomore at Ithaca College and Becky, a graduate of Skidmore College. |
