Lee Simard recognizes real estate value when he sees it! In 1978 he saw the potential for Pemaquid Point property values and bought his oceanfront paradise before the rest of the world discovered the area. In 2000, Lee traded-in his big city executive position for the quality of life here on the mid-coast of Maine.
He and his wife, Denise, are year round residents who enjoy the small town qualities of this area because it reminds them of their hometown where they grew up as youngsters. They have both become very active as volunteers in their community.
Lee currently serves as President of the Central Lincoln County YMCA, President of the Wawenock Golf Club and Co-Treasurer of the Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary Club.
Lee joined Newcastle Square Realty in 2002 and has developed a loyal clientele within a short period. Living on the oceanfront near Pemaquid Lighthouse is not enough for Lee. He is an avid boater and enjoys early morning coffee with all the local boat builders.
Most of Lee's clients are buyers AND sellers who value his knowledge of the waterfront values in the area. Some have also learned Lee's network with boatyards and building contractors can be invaluable.
Lee and Bill Byrnes work as a team with the Agency to uniquely represent their buyers and sellers. In 2005, they received the Agency's award for Top Producers for sales in excess of $15 million. Their contrasting communication styles and business experiences offer clients a great resource for navigating the difficult road of real estate transactions. |
