The waters of the Damariscotta and Sheepscot Rivers run deep in Anne Peaslee's veins. Her ancesters settled in Maine's midcoast nearly 200 years ago and became seaman, fishermen, farmers and foresters. She is proud that she built her home and harvests her Christmas tree on land that her fore-bearers tilled and tended long before Maine became a state.
Anne has been a Realtor for over five years, She is happy she chose Newcastle Square Realty Associates to help focus her talents. She participates in professional development courses as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors and the the Lincoln County Board of Realtors. She knows that continuing education is vital but realizes that finding "fits" for families and homes is also very much a funtion of dedication and hard work. Recently her concern for the preservation of Maine midcoast traditions encouraged her to accept a position on the Town of Edgecomb Planning Board.
Anne knows the importance of tirelessly researching the housing market inventory. She listens to her clients and makes note of their requirements. She understands a home seeker's time is precious and best not wasted.
For enjoyment, Anne spends time reading, hiking, biking and making new friends. In the evenings, when possible, she likes reading to her grandson. She wants him to get a good education, find work in Maine, and help her harvest her annual Christmas tree. |
