James Cosgrove is the managing partner and Designated Broker of Newcastle Square Realty Associates.
In addition to working with a select clientele of Sellers and Buyers, Mr. Cosgrove oversees both the daily operation of the firm and its long term strategic growth.
Active in both real estate and community affairs, Mr. Cosgrove has served as President of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors and is a past Director of the Maine Board of Realtors and the Maine Real Estate Information System. He served three terms on the Great Salt Bay and Damariscotta Secondary School Boards and two terms on the Nobleboro Planning Board. He is a member of the St. Patrick’s Council Knights of Columbus and a past president of the Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary Club. He currently serves on the Board of the Maine Association of Realtors Affordable Housing Foundation.
Jim and his wife Linda reside in Damariscotta where they raised their two children and a long line of Labrador Retrievers.
