Kathy Wyman began her career in real estate in 1988, as office manager at Newcastle Square. Since then she has been involved with two other area agencies most recently as Broker/Owner of Re/Max Midcoast in Newcastle.
“After 17 years in the real estate business I have come home to Newcastle Square, where it all began.” said Ms. Wyman. “I have made the decision to focus solely on brokerage and once I made that decision, it was clear that the only place to be was with the number one agency in this area. Newcastle Square has the support staff, advertising programs and systems to allow me to offer my clients the best possible experience with buying or selling real estate.”
Kathy resides in Damariscotta with her two children; daughter, Sara, presently a student (and basketball player!) at the University of Maine in Farmington, and son Shawn a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. “This is a beautiful place to live and I feel so lucky to have been able to raise my children here.” Kathy has served as President of the Great Salt Bay School Association and is a dedicated Lincoln Academy basketball fan. An experienced sailor, Kathy is particularly well prepared to help those clients who are looking for property among the harbors and inlets from the Sheepscot River to Penobscot Bay.
